Concept
You supply your idea, sketch or brief. We translate it into a plush design that can actually be manufactured, without losing the character.

Design & sample
We work the design out into pattern pieces and fabric choices, and produce a first sample for approval.

Revision
You give feedback, we adjust. Stitch by stitch, until the sample is exactly right.

Production
After your approval, production of the full run begins. From that batch an independent testing institute tests two or three toys, under our own control, and you receive the report.

Delivery
We inspect, pack and deliver the complete run to the location you choose, anywhere in Europe.

A design on paper is not the same thing as a plush toy. We translate it without losing the character.
